They are not issued by an accredited certification body, professional licensing authority, or educational institution. They are not validated for use as employment screening tools under the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures (29 C.F.R. Part 1607) or equivalent regulations.

What ForgeCoach Is

ForgeCoach is a skill verification platform that uses AI-generated workplace scenarios to test applied professional knowledge. We assess what you know — we do not train, coach, or advise you on what to do.

What ForgeCoach does:

  • Scores your responses against defined criteria
  • Issues publicly verifiable credentials when you pass

What ForgeCoach does NOT do:

Credential Representation

When sharing ForgeCoach credentials, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for how you represent credentials to employers or third parties
  • ForgeCoach credentials are not equivalent to degrees, licenses, or accredited certifications

  • Skill trend data — market conditions change rapidly
  • The availability or reliability of the service

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGECOACH AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Employment, compensation, or hiring decisions made based on credential data
  • Financial loss resulting from reliance on skill trend data
  • Loss of data or service interruption
  • Any other damages arising from your use of ForgeCoach

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE FORGECOACH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
